The Problem
AGL Church was struggling to manage their growing congregation of over 2,000 members. Their operations relied on a patchwork of spreadsheets, paper registers, and manual processes that created significant administrative burden:

The Solution
We built a comprehensive Church Management System (ChMS) that centralises all church operations into a single, secure web application. The platform was designed with input from church administrators, the finance team, and pastoral staff to ensure it addressed real day-to-day pain points.

Architecture & Approach
The system was built using an agile methodology with two-week sprints. We conducted discovery workshops with church leadership, mapped existing workflows, and designed a migration plan to import historical data from their spreadsheets.
